Our policy is valid for four days from the date of purchase; If you receive your request and are unsatisfied with it for any reason, you may return the product to receive a refund of the paid amount. However, we cannot offer a refund after four days have elapsed since the purchase date.

Discounts and liquidation products
Only regular-priced products can be returned. Unfortunately, sales or clearance items cannot be returned.

Please ensure the product is adequately packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
